P & C Travels 2006

The weather was holding so we decided to head south to San Diego, CA for the Big 3 Swap meet. This is an annual event in the Qualcom Stadium (where the Chargers football team plays) that covers about half of the parking lot. There are lots of parts to search through. We spent three days wandering the grounds from dawn to dusk. We definately came home with lots of parts.

For those of you who followed our summer travels on the blog you will remember that we bought this carousel and a trailer to haul it in June. We picked up the trailer in late September in Pennsylvania and the carousel in late October in Alabama. It followed us the rest of the way home and now has a new place in our yard.
